I'm currently working here from April'2013. Covering my longest tenure in my carrier here (6 years). I joined here as Associate, Reporting and Analytics. The nature of the job is helping Regional Directors and VP's by generating reports that will help them forecast their Insights. Being an SME, I am Leading a team of 7, assigning tasks and maintaining the Workflow. We Create Management Dashboards for Vice President's which includes Financial planning and analysis and Sales compensation.
Hands on working experience with Business Intelligence tools like SAP BEx Analyzer, QlikView, Power Pivots. Has handled servers for data extraction from SAP P45. Works closely with stake holders to identify areas of improvement and constantly achieve appreciations for accomplishing the same. Develop and support automated tasks to various teams in the organization by developing Excel VBA. After acquisition by Avantor I was supporting the team by integrating their systems and accounts with VWR.

I was working here from Jul'2010 to April'2013. Covered my second longest tenure in my carrier here. I joined here as Junior Associate, Market Insights. Create Monthly Deck that has the process workflow. Was working for the client “The Nielsen Company “who extensively monitors data and involves in understanding the market strategy. Was assigned with additional management tasks as the Shift Lead to manage the Workflow. I generate reports for the Management team for insights and understanding the Business. Publish “Trial and Repeat” reports from the Market source database. This report will list how many users have tried the new product published in the market and provides a clarity to see if they are being bought repeatedly. Implemented macros in various applications to download the database from FTP’s automatically and schedule run the reports without manual intervention. I Present monthly deck to the Business Owners on monthly basis. One of its Strategic client “Walmart” for which I was the contact person for all the reporting needs.

I was working here from Sep'2009 to July'2010. Worked as Data Conversion Operator whose major responsibilities included cleaning up the research data. This data is then published on to article and may be submitted to Analysts for further analysis. Acted as a bridge between the publisher and the research data which is waiting to be published as articles online. I Clean up XML pages and create them as error free ones. We may need to look out for any visible junk characters. Helped accomplishing various articles that received appreciations from the customers. Became an SME within a short span of time and started to get more additional responsibilities. Quality check operator. Was nominated for getting cross trained on MAC OS for working with Quark and InDesign Software. Was also handling the coordinator's role of splitting the job and allocating the same to conversion operators within the Organization.
