PROBLEM STATEMENT
All our KPI reports needs exporting each and every tab into powerpoint slides. This involves manual copying and pasting data in separate tabs which is time consuming and have quality issues.
OBJECTIVE
Primary Objective:
Reducing the manual process and increase the quality
Secondary Objective

To save exporting time taken for 1 KPI which is from 2 Min to 0.5 Min by implementing automation.

To develop a procedure for exporting each KPI sheet tabs into powerpoint.

To propose an alternate method that reduces the rework rate.

Quality Management, Customer Service Satisfaction, Use of Automated tool, KPI specific, Time Management, Associates who run any KPI reports, If modified can be used for any reports
Out Scope:
Can only be used for specific KPI reports
Work Break down Structure
The Tool has been created on Microsoft Excel VBA. It has been incorporated with Powerpoint template and it needs to export the data for the respective KPI. The QC mechanism is also incorporated successfully. It needs to export different sheet tabs into individual slides based on the requirements. If this is implemented successfully then the Turn Around Time for the customer can be achieved without any issues on quality.
The Tool has been created and it performs good. The user needs to open the KPI report and go to the summary tab. When the Powerpoint icon button is clicked it exports data of different sheet tabs into individual slides of PPT. It exports any number of sheet tabs in KPI as the requirements that are preset. If the reports are exported correctly then it marks as "QC Passed" else the tool marks "QC Failed"
