The user may need to use the SAP to get any accounting details. This involves manual searching of Ship To/ Sold To account in SAP with respective T-Codes and table names to find the required information.
PROPOSED PROCESS
To collaborate with QlikView Developer team to build an application "Customer Master Data" in QlikView that interacts with SAP. The user may just view and click to see the required information.

The impact is significant from turnaround time, accuracy and user-friendly. The user needs to open the QlikView application and view or get the information needed. Can export the data into excel if needed.
