CURRENT PROCESS
All the category management reporting are done manually in Microsoft excel. This requires running the SAP BEx query and importing the data into the desired template.
PROPOSED PROCESS
Design each and every Category Management Reporting report in QlikView. Trying to migrate the traditional process into QlikView by designing each report in it.
PROJECTED
Saving 1645 minutes per month
The impact is significant from turnaround time, accuracy and user-friendly. The user needs to just click the respective table in QlikView and export it to excel. The user can get the entire set of CMR reports in one QlikView Application.
Can be cross verified with previos month's data..
ACTUAL
1650 minutes per month
Analyst must search for a single query, open it. Input variables, extract data from SAP, copy and paste the data into the respective tab for one report. Needs to repeat the same steps nearly for 8 different reports and paste the data into individual tabs of Category Management Reporting which involves searching and validation at each data point.
